Flavors – food and wine in view, now into its second edition, is an event that will be held in Latina the 6, 7 and 8 giugno 2014 organized by the cultural association The Citadel of taste, by the cultural association Smart,  in collaboration with the Fisar (Federazione Italiana Sommelier Albergatori Restaurateurs) of Latin. In search of the historical roots of the culinary and gastronomic tradition of territory Pontino, the event in question offers the presentation of food products typical of our land, a land so wide that the fruits of the Earth and sea coexist in perfect harmony. Local traditions of taste will find space and expression together to excellence for your palate, in a three days of presentations, tastings, meetings with producers,tastings and courses.
