D – Ms Iemma, because the choice of organic?
R – because being away from everything that is progress-regression, We wanted to protect ourselves and the natural elements, including air and water , who are are unplayable.
D – in your company you have produced even a wine without sulfites, how you can?
R – although many claim that it is impossible, We managed, already for three years, to bottle the "pretty-boy" white, without absolutely add sulfites to preserve it, maintaining unchanged flavor, perfume and organoleptic properties. However, this is only feasible when weather conditions permit.
D – The wine of "the Conversation" was chosen among the organic and biodynamic wines, as part of the exhibition "return to the land to sow the future", what you have actually done. He's happy with the breakthrough that, with her husband, you have given to your lives?
R – Yes, We moved from Rome Centre totally changing our lives, but we are satisfied and happy for the choice made. We are tired and disappointed by cumbersome bureaucratic rules and those that do not safeguard the authenticity and naturalness of the products, see the wine that anyone can get with the kit, the cheese with the milk powder, cloned animals, etc, etc..
D – Because as a teacher became wine entrepreneur, what it feels like to recommend for those who want to change their lives and move from the city, in the countryside?
R – I would not give specific tips, because everyone will experience the change to suit you, but who is tired of life in the fast lane, without human relations, where every individual is just a number, I can thoroughly recommend to do it. With increased contact with nature is found the true meaning of life and everything regains its true meaning.
Q – what are the differences I found between the "before" and "after"?
R – Before the day was a continuous run and you did not have time to stop and think, to observe, to rework, with a moment of calm.
