Wine making area: The vineyard is sited in the municipality of Latina, locations Acciarella, about two kilometers from the sea.

Winemaking: The grapes are selected and harvested by hand in mid-September, the grapes are vinified in white with traditional techniques. The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The wine is decanted and then bottled.

Tasting notes: Golden yellow in color on the nose, offers an intense and persistent bouquet with floral notes (ginestra, mimosa, rose petal), fruity and herbaceous, with hints of underbrush and mineral.
