Wine making area:The vineyard is sited in the municipality of Latina, locations Acciarella, about two kilometers from the sea.

Type of land: sandy

Vine: Cacchione / Bellone 100%

Winemaking: The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-September, and vinified in white with modern techniques. Il mosto fermenta in serbatoi di acciai inox a temperatura controllata.

Laboratory tests: Alcohol content 12% vol; Total acidity 7; Ph 3,3; Extract 22,1 g/l

Tasting notes: Straw yellow with bright golden hues. The nose offers a bouquet intense and persistent, with floral notes, herbaceous, undergrowth and mineral notes

Pairings: Served at an ideal temperature of 14 °C, It goes well with dishes of seafood, crustaceans and molluscs, second fish processed, White meat, vegetable soups, asparagus and artichokes.

Wine making area: The vineyard is sited in the municipality of Latina, locations Acciarella, about two kilometers from the sea.

Vine: Cacchione / Bellone 100%

Winemaking: The grapes are selected and harvested by hand in mid-September, the grapes are vinified in white with traditional techniques. The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The wine is decanted and then bottled.

Laboratory tests: Gradazione alcolica 13%vol; Total acidity 7,34; Ph 3,2; Extract 25 g/l

Tasting notes: Golden yellow in color on the nose, offers an intense and persistent bouquet with floral notes (ginestra, mimosa, rose petal), fruity and herbaceous, with hints of underbrush and mineral.

Pairings: Servito ad una temperatura ideale di 14°C, It goes well with dishes of processed fish, White meat, porchetta, vegetable soups, asparagus and artichokes.
