L & #8217; Winery “I Pàmpini”, property of spouses Carmen Iemma and Enzo Oliveto, extends on the Lazio coast about two kilometers from the sea, in the province of Latina in town called Acciarella. Covers an area of seven hectares of vineyards that are personally and with great passion by producers who live on site. Their great love for all that is nature and the result of it was inherited and refined by experience, from in-depth studies and participation in numerous courses in order to obtain products with a strong personality and quality.

“I Pàmpini” is a company founded in 1999 When, After being purchased, has been totally renovated and now takes advantage of the most advanced production techniques and functional. The cuttings were planted after an in-depth analysis of the soil to assess their intrinsic suitability and oenological vocation. The vines are all grown in spurred cordon rows with an investment of about four thousand plants per hectare. The vines grown are: the Bellone, the Malvasia Puntinata, the Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, the Ancellotta and Merlot. The ideal time to harvest is evaluated strictly based on technological control, flavour and phenolic maturity. The harvest is manual.

The modern and rational cellar is equipped with everything you need, from unloading the grapes to bottling, with separate room for aging in barrels and in bottles at controlled temperature.

The Pàmpini got the Slow Food Award Lazio 2009 as a manufacturer of excellence for food quality.
