• Plums with almonds harnessed on chestnut puree and red wine sauce;
• Potato gnocchi with truffle to the scents of the forest;
• Lasagna with mushrooms and goat cheese;
• Pork Tenderloin with chestnuts and balsamic vinegar;
• Chicken pocket with mushrooms, lard and taleggio;

Midnight chestnuts and Novello.
The tasting will be accompanied by the wines of the winery "the Pace"
