The agriturismo ai Cago at the release of the new wine, presents Friday 5 November the new Chef, offering a tasting menu he processed with:
- Mushroom pie with cream of white beans and pomegranate;
- Plums with almonds harnessed on chestnut puree and red wine sauce;
- Potato gnocchi with truffle to the scents of the forest;
- Lasagna with mushrooms and goat cheese;
- Pork Tenderloin with chestnuts and balsamic vinegar;
- Chicken pocket with mushrooms, lard and taleggio;
Midnight chestnuts and Novello.
The tasting will be accompanied by the wines of the winery "the Pace"
